About f-PMG
Andrew Litynskyj has spent more than 25 years on both sides of the partner equation — carrying quota as an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services, running consulting practices at Siebel and Oracle, building SI-to-vendor relationships at Satyam, and now designing and operating alliance programs as a vendor-side executive. He has lived inside the revenue engine that connects ISVs, SIs, and enterprise customers at every level. At IBM GBS, he closed $299M in new consulting engagements against a $145M cumulative quota — 206% attainment — while consistently ranking among the top producers. He has built Tier 1 alliances from scratch with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Infor. Currently, he operates a zero-to-program alliance that has generated co-sell TCV across 130 new opportunities and maintains a rolling, growing active pipeline. He founded f-PMG in 2023 to provide fractional ecosystem-architecture leadership to ISVs and SIs navigating the AI transition within their alliance and go-to-market organizations. He is a published contributor to The Future of Commerce (the SAP-affiliated editorial platform) and writes on ISV alliance strategy and the enterprise AI ecosystem at f-pmg.com and on LinkedIn.
What is Fractional Partner Management?
Fractional Partner Management in the AI era is not a staffing solution. It is ecosystem architecture on demand. As AI reshapes the alliance model — expanding the platform power map, dissolving clear attribution in multi-party delivery, and demanding AI-ready data positioning — most ISVs and SIs do not have the internal capability to respond. The discipline of building outcome-oriented co-sell motions, multi-party delivery frameworks, and vertical AI use case packages does not yet exist at scale inside most organizations. F-PMG provides that capability fractionally: the strategic thinking, the program design, the partner relationships, and the commercial activation — without the 6-month hiring cycle or the full-time cost structure
